View metrics such as their total volume and units, top product, number of referral relationships, number of years they’ve been in the business, number of active listings, and much more at a glance!
âś…Â The fresh Summary report ****takes you a bit deeper allowing you to interact with the data. Decide whether or not you want to view their Total Volume or Total Units, the Total Volume or Units of their market, Top Product and Transaction Type, Volume or Units month over month, Top Referral Partner, Title, Lender and County!
✅ Sometimes it’s just nice to be able to visualize a producer’s territory on a Map and you’ll find just that on the new Map page. Get a birds eye view of where the Originator or Agent is closing transactions - level it up by using the new Global Filters to see transactions by type, lender, market, or even an Agent’s active listings.
âś…Â The brand new Transactions page shows you incredible detail regarding every transaction in any date range when viewing an Originator or Real Estate Agent. Customize your view by moving, pinning or removing columns, search transactions, filter by Transaction & Loan Type, Transaction Status like Sold or Listed properties, Market or Lender in any date range you choose!
